We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a licensed dentist with passion for sales and deep understanding of orthodontics and clear aligner therapy.
Summary
As a terrirtory manager you will be responsible for promoting and selling ParisAline® clear aligners solution to dental professionals within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including orthodontists, general dentists, and dental clinics.
- Provide product training, support, and clinical guidance to dental professionals to ensure successful adoption and usage of our clear aligner products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our clear aligners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, and events to promote our products.
- Collect payments from customers in cash, ensuring the correct amount is received and providing receipts.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
Requirements
- Licensed dentist (DDS/DMD or equivalent) with a valid practice license in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in dentistry, with a strong background in orthodontics and clear aligner therapy.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
