Responsibilities
- Client Visits and Support: Regularly visit dental clinics and healthcare facilities to establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and staff.
- Technical Assistance: Provide on-site support with intraoral scanners. Offer basic troubleshooting and assist clinics that do not have their own scanners.
- Case Management: Efficiently collect, manage, and deliver dental cases, ensuring timely and accurate handling. Step in to expedite delivery in urgent situations.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and the smooth operation of services.
- Treatment Plan Advocacy: Assist in patient consultations to facilitate understanding and acceptance of treatment plans, aiming to increase the conversion rate within clinics.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field. Experience in customer service, sales, or a related area, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Transportation: Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
